I am Joe Horton and I paint pictures. My love and appreciation for the visual beauty I find in nature are my motivation for trying to capture my impressions in my art. My purpose is simply to make you smile, lighten your heart, or communicate some of what I find sublime in this wonderful world. I have no message, no agenda - other than to reflect the splendor of nature's creation.
